I viewed a property on line that I liked, enquired at Balgores and got a viewing next day. We spent a good time viewing and wasn’t pressured at all. We discussed on our way home and on arrival , put in an offer, handled by Clive after a short negotiation a price was agreed. Marie took over the handling of the case and with her chasing the Conveyancing activities the process was soon completed. I found Balgores professional, friendly and on the ball and found the whole process relatively stress free
Reply from Martin & Co Saltaire: Hi Paul,
Thank you for sharing such a detailed account of your experience with us. It's great to hear that Clive's handling of the negotiation made the offer stage feel so straightforward, and that Marie's diligent management of the conveyancing kept the whole moving process on track and stress-free. Our estate agent team takes real pride in offering expert property guidance without any pressure, and it's wonderful to know that came through from your very first viewing. Your local property knowledge and support throughout buying or selling a home should always feel this smooth, and we're delighted it did for you.
Kind Regards,
