Martin & Co Saltaire

Martin & Co Saltaire have been our letting agents for 19 years and we are delighted with the fully managed service that they provide us with. We have every reason to thoroughly recommend them. Everyone that we have dealt with in the Martin & Co team responds promptly, is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable as well as being proactive in a dynamic, complex and frequently changing legislative environment. The communications we receive are effective and regular when the need arises, phone calls and emails are dealt with promptly and fully. We are proud to have Martin & Co represent us. The whole team are a credit to the organisation. We would like to make specific mention of Jess Tillotson who has been fantastic and a real pleasure to deal with at all times and has made the role of landlord as straightforward as it can be. We have absolute confidence in Martin & Co as our agents and will continue to use them to manage our property. Thank you to everyone at Martin & Co, Saltaire.
