I’ve been really impressed with the service provided by Jess Tillotson at Martin & Co. Jess has been an excellent property manager — always professional, responsive, and proactive in dealing with any issues that arise. She keeps me well informed, communicates clearly, and ensures that everything is handled efficiently and to a high standard. It’s been a pleasure working with her, and I’ve had complete confidence knowing my property is being managed so well. Jess goes above and beyond to make things smooth for both landlord and tenant, which really sets her apart. Highly recommended — a real credit to Martin & Co.
