We really can't speak highly enough of Helmores. They have managed many of our sales and purchases and we wouldn't use any other agent! They are now like family to us. Each and every member of Helmores are just the best at what they do in their roles. From our first meeting with George, one of the partners , who valued our property, we knew Helmores would be the right fit! Not at all pretentious or pushy. Just honest unbiased advice on the properties value, with great local knowledge. Then to the way the house was marketed, by the amazing professional photography and virtual tours. Jamie and Will in the office were invaluable at getting viewings through the door ( the right viewings) and then achieving a good price for us by means of negotiating. They were always at the end of the phone ready to answer or sort out any of our queries and we always had plenty of those. They were always upbeat and positive and very easy to talk to, and easy to understand and access. We had Steve and Jo showing people around. Using their wealth of local knowledge to sale the benefits of the area, and they provided those nuggets of information that can only be gained by being local to the area. Lastly Emma kept the sale progressing. Emma's calming nature was just what was needed so close to the end of the sale. Always positive and cheerful and an excellent facilitator. We can say without a doubt, we recommend the great team at Helmores and want to pass on our heartfelt thanks.
