We have used Martin and co. since they started in Saltaire. We have found their management of our property more than satisfactory. We receive monthly statements and, yearly reports, of physical inspections of the property (even throughout covid). We have a personal property manager, Ian Tait, who promptly informs us of any issues that occur and conducts himself very professionally.

Jess is very helpful and professional. I have been dealing with Jess for a few years now and she is always very approachable and friendly. She is also very reliable and prompt getting back to me whenever I have any issues. Similarly, she works hard on the tenants' behalf to make sure all is in order and safe for them.
