Selling a property can be stressful at the best of times, and our sale turned out to be far from straightforward, but the team were supportive and communicative throughout. A particular thank you to Ashton, who was outstanding from start to finish. He was professional, proactive and a great mediator between all parties involved. There were a number of challenges along the way, and Ashton did an excellent job of keeping both sides informed, managing expectations and chasing solicitors and other parties when progress stalled.
