We recently purchased a house from Martin and Co and dealt with Kathryn Pearson at the office. I have rented accommodation through Martin & co for 3 years. Anytime there was a issue, Iain was proactive and would fix it immediately. Communication was fast and excellent. Fast forward 3 years and Heaven took over as my account manager. Again, sorting the end of my tenancy was seamless and fluent. I just await the final inspection before vacating.
