I have been searching for a property for a period of time and every letting agent I have spoken to seems to be so uninterested in helping. I phoned Bassests estate agents after seeing a property online and I enquired as to its availability. Sadly, it was unavailable but I spoke to Siobhan who was really sympathetic and understanding. It was just nice to speak to someone with some compassion. Customer service was something to be acknowledged if nothing else considering my previous efforts elsewhere. Thank you for just being nice!

My husband and I were really desperate to find a new place to move for we are expecting the delivery of our little one very soon. We have viewed and applied in a lot of properties for the past 4 months but due to the increase number of people looking in the market and as desperate as we are, we weren’t lucky. We viewed a number of properties with Siobhan before and she’s very professional in dealing with all of our applications but again at the end of the day the decision for acceptance is in the hands of the landlords. I received a phone call early morning one day from Siobhan. She asked me if I’m still good for viewing another property. I can’t remember I have booked a viewing for that day and she said I must have forgotten about it as it has been booked 4 weeks ago. As it was a long time ago, we really thought the property was long been taken. Anyway, went to view the property, submitted the application, and luckily we received the most awaited YES from the lanlord just an hour after I viewed the property. I know Siobhan really has tried her best to help us given our situation and she even guided us and helped us with the negotiations. She’s very approachable, replies promptly, and she even took the extra mile in negotiations just to help us get the moving date sooner than planned by the landlord.
