Fantastic support
I rent a house via Mullucks and impressed by their efficiency and professionalism. Amazing communication standards: quick replies to queries, all the necessary information was provided as standard without me having to request it. Fast help from their subcontractors too: I had a question about heating and a plumber called me within a couple of hours of my query. I feel in safe hands with this agency. Huge thanks to Loraine and Vanessa who made me feel cared for.

Our experience with Mullucks' lettings department has been very positive.
A viewing was arranged for the next day, and we received an agreement from the landlord the day after. The referencing process was smooth and straightforward. I would especially like to thank Gareth Perrott — he was incredibly supportive and went out of his way to help us. When our current agency mistakenly sent an inaccurate reference, Gareth contacted the referencing service to ensure we had the opportunity to submit a corrected one. I highly recommend this agency for anyone looking to rent — they are efficient, responsive, and genuinely helpful.

Seamless!
My experience with Sally and the Team at Mullucks was fantastic from start to finish. They were able to arrange viewings to fit in with our schedule, were quick to respond to any email or phone call and continued to provide excellent support even after completion. Can't fault them!

Very Pleased :)
Moving into a new house is very exciting but it can be a great challenge and at times stressful too. We found Mullucks Team, especially, Loraine Pateman, very responsive and accommodating towards our needs, where our transition to the new property was made much more easier than anticipated. Quick and Efficient
I needed a flat quickly. Saw the one I wanted and arranged a viewing through Gareth Perrott at the Bishops Stortford branch. The service I received from him and his team was excellent. The communication was good all along and I am now happily ensconced in my new home. Very good service Graham
