We received Marvellous service from Mullucks Saffron Walden. The initial meet with Oliver Pottrill was very positive - superb 'front of house' & he created an excellent gimballed walkthrough video of our property. This was very high quality, the best I've seen on line actually. Throughout the sale, all the office staff I dealt with in regards to viewings, were all equally professional & very consistent & supportive. Jackie Sealey was of particular merit as we dealt with her the most. She kept our spirits up throughout. Stephanie Emberson was also superb arranging viewings & Liz Sharp was a great 'fixer' at the end of the process, totally on the ball with negotiations between all parties. As a landlord I have used Mullucks for many years. Their fees may have been slightly more than some agencies but the service was worth the additional fee. I believe the tenants also benefitted from having a good rental agent. I have recently sold my property through Mullucks and totally recommend them. The communication was excellent, both during the viewings and particularly during the lengthy legal process after an offer was accepted. Not only did they keep both parties (buyer and seller) informed, they helped facilitate the contract by being proactive in supplying relevant information to resolve any potential issues. They also checked the property on a regular basis whilst it was empty.
