Sally Smales helped us with our difficult house sale and helped streamline the process as much as she could, going above and beyond to do whatever she could even in her own time when she wasn't at work. Sally is highly knowledgable, a brilliant negotiater and simply just fantastic at her job. Our other estate agent let us down regarding service etc, (who we sold with) but Sally picked up and helped to resolve their errors of service. I cannot recommend Sally enough, she is amazing.
