Initial property details were well presented and descriptive, excellent photos and good to see room sizes on the plans. Arranging the viewing with the office was an easy step and meeting Mr Charlie Dore' the sales manager, who showed us round the property was a relaxed, but professional experience. He assisted us in reaching an agreement with the vendors, with fluid and helpful communications to arrive at a purchase agreement. Although he stayed in touch throughout the conveyance and guided his team, his team were additionally very competent and professional in handling our requirements to bring about a successful and early completion, within 30 days of instruction of solicitors. It was a pleasure working with Mr. Dore' and the Mullucks team in Saffron Walden and I will be engaging their service in the future and recommending them to friends and family. Well done!

With the Rental market being as mad as it is, Mullucks made us feel comfortable by letting us know that our application would be shown to the landlord at the same time as any others and that there was no price competition (this was something that made us uneasy with other estate agencies and also miss out on other properties) Since finding out that we secured the property, they have also been very informative and kept us in the loop which has been great! Sally Smales helped us with our difficult house sale and helped streamline the process as much as she could, going above and beyond to do whatever she could even in her own time when she wasn't at work. Sally is highly knowledgable, a brilliant negotiater and simply just fantastic at her job. Our other estate agent let us down regarding service etc, (who we sold with) but Sally picked up and helped to resolve their errors of service. I cannot recommend Sally enough, she is amazing.
