My partner and I recently relocated from Bristol to Saltash in Cornwall. We dealt with a number of other Saltash based estate agents looking for a property to rent. The experience was appalling - no communication and broken promises….we even offered 6 months rent up front, but nothing helped in getting these other estate agents to treat us with dignity and respect. Then we met Nicola, Lucia and Paul from Wainwrights. Informative, excellent communicators, always available on the phone and email - what an amazing experience. Without their help, guidance and kindness we would have given up on our dream to move to Cornwall. Every promise was delivered upon, every email and phone call was responded too and we are now in our new home and we are so happy. Thank you to everyone at wainwrights - if you are a renter you must use wainwrights, if you’re a landlord I would urge you to do the same. An exceptional team, thank you from myself, my partner and my family.🥳
