We had a fantastic experience selling our home via the Rushden branch. Unlike a lot of the other local agents there’s always someone available to help as they are open every day and they work longer hours than most, this meant not only were the team very accessible to us but to our potential buyers also. Everyone was very supportive, professional, knowledgeable and friendly that dealt with us. We moved to RJ when our previous agent couldn’t get our sale over the line, once we sold with Richard and his team we were completed and moved in 6 weeks. We highly recommend RJ and would without a doubt use them again in the future.

I have had a lot of interactions with estate agents over the years. (most of which I would rather forget!) But Richard james estate agents by far stands out from the crowd. Their communication is great, when they say they are going to do something they do. Even something simple as saying they will update you weekly and they do! You always feel valued with them, included in the sale, and given a first class service throughout. From the very first meeting it was clear that Richard and the team at the Rushden office were incredibly professional with a warm approach. They were focused not just on getting the job done of selling our property (which they did!) but wanted to ensure the process was smooth and that we felt taken care of.
