I have had dealings with Richard James Wellingborough before with good results, so we thought we would give Rushden branch a try when selling our house in Higham. From the first visit from Richard, we found him warm and completing understanding and sympathetic of our needs and requirements. We initially marketed our house just after Christmas and the market was very quiet... then covid hit so we decided to stay where we were for a while. When the market started moving again, we decided to try again, and Danny looked after us this time and managed to negotiate an extra £5k on our asking price and the house sold on the first viewing within a couple of days of it being back on the market! Danny is a great guy and we got on really well with him, he was always polite, courteous and respectful. If we couldn't get hold of him in the office, he would always call us back, or send us a reassuring email and kept up fully updated.
