Between Nov 21 and Jan 22 we sold our house via Richard James while buying my parents' old home. Richard not only provided an exceptional service in the sale, he also provided first class ongoing advice and support in the purchase of the family home. We had our house up with other estate agents who were very lack lustre and you were constantly chasing ..not with Richard James ..from the moment we met Richard we were impressed with his enthusiasm which never waned ..He gave us realistic marketing pointers and got the price we wanted .They always got back.to you and always did what they said they would do even at 7pm at night! ..the house sold in 10 days !
