Exceptional
I was in a position of finding myself homeless and approached these guys for help, within 5 days I found a property, evaluated, paperwork and bond/deposit sorted, Bethany Hewit was amazing, did all she could to help me out, highly recommended.

Fantastic service
I was looking for a property for me and my daughter to rent. Upon speaking to Bethany Hewitt she identified a house which was suitable for us, it was a 2 bed house close to everything which we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble for Bethany throughout the process of renting this propert and facilitated extra viewings where necessary. I am extremely grateful to her for finding me and my daughter our first house which is perfect. I would definitely recommend using this estate agents.

Great Friendly Local Service
We have just bought a property through Adams Estate Agents in Runcorn. Prior to contacting them we had tried various online portal sites but without success. It was good to deal with someone with local knowledge who quickly identified our priorities and indeed the first house Allison recommended was the right one and we put a successful offer in immediately. From start to finish nothing has been too much trouble. We are not from the area and all questions we put forward were answered with real professionalism. Excellent service from Vicky Snape
I’ve been a landlord with Adams for about 5 years and the service I have received has been really mixed depending on who I have been dealing with, so it was great today when I had the pleasure of dealing with Vicky.
