Buying through this agent is easy and pleasant!
I am extremely happy and grateful to all at Adams Estate agents in Runcorn.. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome, at ease, and informed every step of the way. They have made the buying process much simpler and they genuinely care! I whole heatedly recommend them.

Excellent service from Natalie!
Natalie assisted with renting out my property and I have to say she excelled at her job. She found the right tenants for us and remained professional with that personal touch throughout the entire process. I will most certainly be using the services of Adams Runcorn again in the future.

Fantastic!
We recently wanted to let out a property at Sandymoor. We chose Adams based on their web site and made absolutely the right decision. Natalie contacted us very quickly and told us all we needed to know in a friendly and professional manner. She quickly lined up a number of viewings and shortly after we had instructed her a suitable tenant was found. We could not speak too highly of Natalie and Adams and would unhesitatingly recommend them.

Claire and the team were fabulous
Buying and selling a home is extremely exhausting and stressful as we all know; and taking away some of those stresses is exactly what Claire and the team did for me. Always attentive, always available, always professional - yet very friendly and highly knowlegable.. I'd actually say that if I sold in the future Adams would be the first call I'd make. By nature I can imagine I was quite demanding at times, but the girls really couldn't do enough to help me. Would I recommend them - Absolutely. Great team, great work ethic.. Claire promised she'd have my house sold and she delivered. Happy customer and that's what it;s all about Thanks guys

Excellent customer service
We chose Adams to sell our house as the quality of the sale brochure, particularly the photographs which are excellent, is much better than other local agents. The team have excellent customer service skills, phone calls always returned, queries followed up and always a friendly voice on the other end of the phone or in person. They sold our house quickly and painlessly and I would definitely return to them in the future.

I cannot express how excellent Natalie was in dealing with me and my property to let out. She was professional, responded immediately, helped me with any issues and kept me up to date every step of the way. First class service, thoroughly recommend!
We sold our house through Michael Adams and the service we received was excellent from start to finish. We had viewers arranged before the property was even formally advertised and the property was under offer within days! Communication was brilliant, keeping us informed throughout plus also providing advice and guidance, especially Claire who has been an absolute star!

Above and beyond service
Tracey, Clair and the rest of the team at Michael Adams went above and beyond to ensure the sale of my house was as quick and painful as possible. Despite the tight turnaround required to ensure the sale went through and a very demanding buyer the team at Michael Adams did everything they could within there powers and delivered on their promise of selling my property. Best agency in the area!
