We purchased a property through Lawrence Rand, and were thoroughly impressed. As someone who has had to deal with Townends, Foxtons, Thorgills... which were all awful (rude, inaccurate, overpriced, and having zero after care once they've got your money) - Lawrence Rand shone as an example of a company that strives to be thought of well to make sure they get your future business. The above mentioned types couldn't care less about you in my experience. All the staff, not just Tom (our agent) were always helpful, on the ball, with prompt responses and going above and beyond - even once contracts were exchanged, and also even after completion. We will definitely be using them in the future when we come to sell our house. Without question.

Had a very good service from Alec and Paul at Laurence Rand Ruislip branch. Polite and professional and not pushy like other Estate agents companies with have dealt with in the past . They made the process of buying through them as stress free as possible. Would recommend their services to others .

Very professional and supportive Estate Agents who helped us buy our property. Thank you for your help throughout the process Alec

First class team who delivered a first class sale service for me. The logistics of selling a property whilst not living in the UK proved challenging, but the excellent communication and responsive follow up throughout the entire process from the team at Ruislip Manor was invaluable. Thank you Simeon and Paul for your outstanding attention to detail.

Fantastic service, dedicated agents and staff. Excellent job selling our property. Would recommend to anyone.

We may have been lucky but the sale of our house in Harrow through Lawrence Rand went incredibly quickly and smoothly. Their pricing estimate was accurate (in fact they achieved slightly more) and we had two offers after the first weekend it was on the market. We found them straightforward to deal with, very helpful and responsive. Everyone we dealt with was excellent, but a special thank you to Paul who offered sensible help and advice which was invaluable.

Thanks to Lawrence Rand for their help with my property search. Everyone couldn't do enough for me throughout the whole process and Simon in particular was excellent. I didn't complete at this time however I will definitely be coming back when my search resumes. If you're looking for a new home then I can't recommend Lawrence Rand highly enough.

Lawrence Rand have been brilliant estate agents and special thank you to Paul for Great service and very professional manner throughout this whole process. I would highly recommend them for any future purchases, it has gone unbelievably smooth throughout the whole process. Thank you

I'd like to thank the team @ Lawrence Rand for their recent assistance and support. Whilst I couldn't complete in a recent sale because of external factors they were helpful and knowledgeable at every turn. Thanks to Simon and Alec for the words of encouragement. When my search continues I'll be calling you guys!
