As a first time buyer the process was very daunting but Glenda, Alec and the team at the Eastcote branch were amazing. They kept me updated and were always available to answer any queries. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you so much!

Moved to Ruislip for my new job in London this month and I have receive the best service I could have asked for. Local agent Rebecca helped me through my search for a property to rent and made sure to help me through all the steps involved in the renting process. Mandeep and Rebecca have been the only estate agents to answer my requests regarding their properties, and I'm glad I'm now currently renting one of their flat !

I was so impressed but the work and consistency between Rebecca, Harry, Warren contacting me and letting me know updates about my apartment. So easy and stress free amazing estate agent would 100% recommended !

Used Lawrence Rand to sell my bungalow. The level of service has been outstanding, keeping me updated with the progress. Would definitely recommend.

I would like to recommend Lawrence Rand - especially Mandeep - her patience and professionalism shone through - what a great representative for Lawrence Rand.

I have had a couple of dealings with Lawrence Rand now. First one was back in 2012 while buying my first home in Ruislip and the second one was more recently when I needed a local estate agent who really knew the market to rent out the same home. It was great experience on both experience. For my rental property, Mandeep Stewart was amazing right from the first communication to arranging viewings and securing the right tenants and rent for the property. Others in the team, namely Glenda and Roisin have been fabulous and very professional too. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Lawrence for your buying/selling or rental/tenancy requirements.

Selling my relatives property was so easy with Hayden in charge he made everything run smoothly and professionally and I will be using him again

My flat was sold with first couple that came to see it! They kept me informed at all times of sale and also acted as liaison to push the solicitors to get a move on

Rebecca at the Eastcote branch is fantastic! Professional and Efficient, I couldn’t ask too much of her even when I had to do multiple viewings to make up my mind. She was in contact at all stages and made conversation really easy. Couldn’t of asked for a better estate agent - for once moving really wasn’t a hassle! Thanks Rebecca!!

We were very pleased with the service we received from Lawrance rand (Eastcote branch) weekly contact and updates and we were kept well informed by the friendly and helpful staff we would definitely recommend them
