Outstanding service, brilliant staff and all round pleasant experience!

Gus was the best. From the beginning, creating a fantastic listing, and generating massive amounts of interest in our house, all the way to the end where he worked the hardest to keep our chain together through a very difficult exchange …

I am really happy with Lawrence Rand. Specifically Simon Bell was the one of the best EA i have met in my years search. He was knowledgable and honest. It was also pleasure dealing with Leanne whose constant updates assuaged the pressure of dealing with a chain. All in all I found a very good property and in my opinion they had the best properties in Ruislip.

Leanne was amazing at pushing through a difficult purchase. As a first time buyer she was very reassuring and maintained communication throughout the process.

Thanks to everyone at Lawrence Rand for helping us buy our first home. They were extremely helpful and made the process very easy. We were always kept up to date with what was going on with the purchase.

An extremely Satisfied Customer, First we must never give 100% one must leave room for improvement, Leanne was always on top of the work at hand, she makes it impossible to not comment on her excellent performance, I never once had to call and ask her for information she didn’t know the answer to, or took a moment to find out and relay back to me. Many thanks Leanne keep up the good work I will definitely recommend your office to friends and Family. I was a manager for a collections firm in Canada for 9 years and I would be proud to have her as an employee. I also give credit to Simon very respectable sales rep very helpful and accommodating. Well done congrats to Lawrence Rand Ruislip. Many thanks to the team Gus.

Leanne and her colleges did a fantastic job. Very professional, kept me informed at every step of the way. Great job guys. Thanks again, you kept me sane.

Lawrence helped us buy our first house. We were concerned but Paul and his team members specially Hayden helped us get what we wanted. They are very approachable, patient and have a firm grip on the real estate market. Many thanks to the team.

I can't thank the staff at Lawrence Rand enough for the sensitive manner in which they dealt with the sale of my mum's house. Paul in particular was professional, friendly and approachable, and kept me informed at every stage of the process. It was a very difficult time for me but all the staff were fantastic, I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, top class estate agent.

Excellent experience selling my property with Lawrence Rand. All the team were very helpful from valuation to sale. Thanks again.
