I would like to say a HUGE thank you to John and all of the Lawrence Rand team that were involved in our house sale and enabling us to move forward with our relocation to Canada! We engaged with Lawrence Rand after some quite dejecting conversations with other "larger" estate agents in the area. Having effectively all but been told we were going to have to sell our flat for less than we purchased it 5 years ago, Lawrence Rand offered a ray of hope. John assured us that not only could we list the flat at a price we were much more comfortable with, but that we would almost be batting away interest from buyers and should even consider going to market at a higher price, if we had more time on our hands. Somewhat skeptical, we had nothing to lose. Within 4 days we had 12 viewings booked on the property and a little over a week after we listed the property, we had an offer on the table that was already at the number we had hoped to achieve. Selling a property, particularly a leasehold, is never a simple or easy task and there are plenty of banana skins along the way just waiting to trip the process up but John and the team rolled up their sleeves going above and beyond to present solutions, rather than problems, every time. Unflappable and unrelenting in their pursuit to close the process, I can't fault any part of the service we received and would highly recommend Lawrence Rand.
