John Buckley and his team at Lawrence Rand provided a great service. Our property sold quickly following realistic pricing advice, the sales progression was efficient and met the deadlines set at the outset. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

A big thank you to Mandeep, for your professionalism, celerity, great communication since we met, a few years ago, and you let the property immediately and to a very nice Tenant. All, extremely positive experience. Thank you

A big thank you to Jamie And John for all of your support throughout the purchase of our forever home. Smooth and seamless. Jamie came out to the house after we had completed with a query we had and to just check everything else was ok - a bonus unexpected touch! Thank you again

My experience with this agent was excellent especially Jayne Neill one of their agents who helped through all the process in renting our property she took us through all we needed to know before renting.

I find the staff very helpful and well happy that after being live for 3 days I have had so much interest in my property and cannot thank the staff enough for their hard working in arranging the viewings for me.

Sold a property through LR and John and Georgina were great to work with. Very quick and efficient. Only downfall was the commission - very high.

Jayne has been awesome to work with, she's given us an amazing service all the way through the process of finding us our new home. She has been so easy to get hold of and answered any questions along the way with a very quick response. I will definitely come back to Lawrence Rand in the future.

Paul and the rest of the team were very helpful on the purchase of our first property. Great service and great people. Happy buyers!

We had the most amazing house rental search experience with Lawrence Rand in Ruislip, especially with Jayne Neill. The properties in Lawrence Rand's well curated list are some of the best ones out there. Jayne was extremely patient and …

The letting agent Jayne was delightful! Very helpful, understanding and no nonsense! I viewed the flat and moved in 4 days later :)
