Bought a house marketed by them. A bit hit and miss where the service overall was decent but there were a few occasions where the information given to me didn't appear to tie in with what was being discussed between solicitors. On one occasion, all parties appeared to have agreed on a completion date as communicated by the agent but this was later delayed by two weeks. Lawrence Rand did a good job post to recover this to a delay of 1 week but the overall communication needs to be better.

Poor quality with organisation of viewings , would not recommend if you want to actively look for a property and need reliable agents to provide good communication and professionalism. My appointments for viewings had been all mixed up and not communicated correctly so missed viewings, with the agent falsely saying he had contacted me with the correct information but have proof of emails and bookings I received that said otherwise.

Good experience generally but feel quite blindsided by fees. 0.25% of the final sale price of the house for sending our name and number to a few local estate agents?? Not well disclosed anywhere when signing up. We didn't realise untill one of the agents followed up in their email and explained it to us. Also them telling us they have "buyers interested in our area" sounds like a borderline scam to me.
