Good experience generally but feel quite blindsided by fees. 0.25% of the final sale price of the house for sending our name and number to a few local estate agents?? Not well disclosed anywhere when signing up. We didn't realise untill one of the agents followed up in their email and explained it to us. Also them telling us they have "buyers interested in our area" sounds like a borderline scam to me.
