I am an 'overseas' landlord. Lawrence Rand has been managing my property for over a decade. I am so pleased and grateful to Sarah (Property Manager) who did an excellent job providing information and support to my solicitor in the preparation of the court claim to possess my property. Before that, she had to deal with the issuance of the Section 21 Notice to Vacate to my tenant, and its aftermath. Her reassurance throughout the whole process helps me enormously while I am also dealing with health issues.
