Belvoir are the only agents I would now use to rent through. I have found that estate agents tend to prioritise sales over rental tenants (yes this is their main income) and tenants issues are not responded to. Belvoir have been the only agents that have ensured safety checks have been completed, the house was clean and ready to move into, 6 monthly checks undertaken on the property and repairs fixed in a timely manner. I have found the staff both polite and helpful over the phone and face to face. An excellent agent to rent through and if I had property to rent out I would not hesitate to hand over the keys for them to manage.
