Belvoir are friendly and always return my calls and emails quickly. They are there to help and offer advice as experienced professionals,keeping abreast with all government initiatives. They have a staff of excellent reasonably priced tradespeople who prefer to work only for them but will always obtain quotes from others.They never miss an inspection, and produce a detailed report with pictures. I recently sold a property and Belvoir helped with things beyond their remit, working with the estate agent to arrange viewings, the survey and last minute work which needed to be finished.
