Of my two renting experience .... this has been the best. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I like the fact that you have direct contact with your landlord so issues don’t take long to be addressed. What I appreciate the most, is the fact that they allow you to live. Unlike previous experience doing monthly checks that didn’t fit in with work schedule, makes you feel like you are monitored. I would truly truly recommend Belvior as the agents to move forward with.

Been a tenant through Belvoir for over 2 years now i Had a 6 monthly house visit an reported a few minor issues they had an engineer out within a few days an the issues have been sorted.. great an fast service.. always speedy to get back to you on any questions or problems you have and are always happy to help :)

Highly professional. I had the tenant find only service. They quickly told me what I needed to do in order to get the property let as fast as possible. Despite telling me business was slow they had found a new tenant very quickly. They sent me copies of paperwork (inventory and contact details on contract) as soon as the tenant had moved in. I'm delighted with their service.
