I am using Belvoir Lettings Rugby for the second time to let an additional property on a fully managed basis. I am very pleased with the service, from advertising to the property through to dealing with any maintenance issues.

I phoned Wendy on the Monday morning to inform her of our intention to move home and let the current property out. We provisionally booked a date for Belvoir to come round and view, taking some photos to put on the market. Two days later, on the Wednesday before the formal photos, Wendy phoned to say she has some potential tenants. By the Tuesday of the following week the tenants had viewed and confirmed they liked the property and have now moved in and are very happy. I have dealt with a number of agents in the past but the team at Belvoir, especially Wendy and Zana are by far the most professional and helpful I have ever met. I didnt just pick Belvoir out of a hat, I spoke to other estate agents and did my research. Other Estate Agents were more expensive and just didnt fill me with any confidence, it was like you was just another customer and they didn't really care.
