Of my two renting experience .... this has been the best. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I like the fact that you have direct contact with your landlord so issues don’t take long to be addressed. What I appreciate the most, is the fact that they allow you to live. Unlike previous experience doing monthly checks that didn’t fit in with work schedule, makes you feel like you are monitored.
