Belvoir Rugby have been managing agents for our rental property for over five years. From the outset we have found Wendy, Rosie and the team extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional. The level of customer service is outstanding. We have recently had a new heating system installed in our rental property. As we live some distance away, we left the sourcing of:- tradesmen, heating engineer, electrician and decorator etc to Wendy. I can honestly say, I was mightily impressed with the way she took on the challenge, arranging for us to receive quotes, liaising with contractors and coordinating the project. Once the work was completed, new tenants moved in within days. As managing agents, they keep our property well maintained, providing us with regular updates as well as arranging for any day to day repairs and maintenance to be carried out, nothing is to much trouble. Choosing Belvoir Rugby to let out our property all those years ago was one of the best decisions we ever made!!
