After having two very bad experiences renting my house, once with another local letting agent and once privately, I chose Belvoir to manage my letting this time and the reason I chose them was because my daughter rented her flat through Belvoir and I was very impressed with the checks they did on them before they allowed them permission to rent and they did their management visits once she was a tenant. I have only been a customer of theirs since August 2018 but they are reliable and helpful. My payments are always paid promptly on time and they keep me informed and send photos after their management visits. I would highly recommend their services as a tenant or a landlord
