I didnt just pick Belvoir out of a hat, I spoke to other estate agents and did my research. Other Estate Agents were more expensive and just didnt fill me with any confidence, it was like you was just another customer and they didn't really care. Belvoir Rugby have been managing agents for our rental property for over five years. From the outset we have found Wendy, Rosie and the team extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional. The level of customer service is outstanding. We have recently had a new heating system installed in our rental property. As we live some distance away, we left the sourcing of:- tradesmen, heating engineer, electrician and decorator etc to Wendy. I can honestly say, I was mightily impressed with the way she took on the challenge, arranging for us to receive quotes, liaising with contractors and coordinating the project. Once the work was completed, new tenants moved in within days. As managing agents, they keep our property well maintained, providing us with regular updates as well as arranging for any day to day repairs and maintenance to be carried out, nothing is to much trouble. Belvoir have been great from the start being quick and flexible to show me a range of properties and get me setup quickly into my new place. The apartment was managed to a high quality and any issues raised were quickly resolved, you can expect quick email responses from the team.
