I'm a relatively new Landlord and its scary renting out your property, but as soon as I spoke to Belvoir I knew my place was in good hands. I didnt just pick Belvoir out of a hat, I spoke to other estate agents and did my research. Other Estate Agents were more expensive and just didnt fill me with any confidence, it was like you was just another customer and they didn't really care. Wendy came and viewed my place very quickly and promptly, she explained everything I needed to know in a manner that was professional but easy to understand. I got the impression she genuinely wanted to help me. She emailed me all the details straight away as promised and anytime I have emailed the team, someone has always gotten back to me very quickly with a response.
