Thomas Morris - Royston

I’ve been with Thomas Morris for some time now and I’ve always been impressed with their knowledge and professional service. Holly in particular has been very helpful in finding me new tenants and dealing with a number of questions I had on documentation and the general letting process. Thanks Thomas Morris

We have just bought a house through Thomas Morris and what a wonderful experience it was. Amit was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make the purchase as smooth and stress free as possible. Highly recommend this estate agents and thank you once again, your help was much appreciated.

Just re-let my property with Holly from Thomas Morris. She was excellent and the service as a landlord is fantastic. Real managed service, work organised without fuss and new tenant found in record time. I've used a number of agencies over the years and Thomas Morris is by far my favourite.

Having sold 3 of our families property’s I cannot praise the Royston team enough. Throughout the process Dominic, Amit and Fiona have been thoroughly professional , approachable and supportive throughout. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Amit showed us round a delightful old thatched cottage which was nonetheless not quite what we wanted. However Amit was polite, knowledgeable, punctual and non-pushy. 5-star

Amit was great at every stage of our purchase. Always there to help tie up loose ends and contact the seller for us. Went above and beyond to stay in contact and keep us updated at every stage. Brilliant service!

In the space of 48 hours Dominic showed us a house, valued and listed our home, found us a buyer and secured us the house we wanted… We completed two days ago. We have never had such a excellent, stress free, easy experience with an estate agent. Dominic and the team at Thomas Morris are to be congratulated.

Friendly communication with Amit, smooth procedure, and quick support when needed

Fantastic company to deal with. Shane is a pleasure to work with. Highley recommend Swoop.

Tom was exceptionally professional, resilient and tenacious with the sale of our house. I would absolutely recommend Fine & Country St Albans.
