We had weekly (sometimes daily) updates whenever there was a change or movement in our chain and Erin even helped secure extra surveys and quotes on the house for us. The staff we spoke with when buying a house with TM in Royston were all very helpful and kind. We didn't have any huge demands but anything we asked for was not a problem or resolved quickly in a professional manner.

I approached Robert Arnold of Thomas Morris, Royston in December 2019 to sell our house and from the outset, found him ultra professional, friendly, helpful and responsive to queries and problems. We had a lot of potential buyers view our house in December and January and we had sold it subject to contract within a very few weeks. Unfortunately the pandemic closed down all progress for a few months, but we recently were able to exchange contracts and are moving next week. I couldn't fault Robert and his team - they provided excellent service right the way through along with courtesy and good humour always.

Genuine Product. Genuine Service. Proper integration for the service and product reviews took a little setting up but to be expected and the support was there. Our customers automatically get sent a request for a review and it is quick and easy for them to do so. Decent notification system and easy to tie in to our CRM and investigate / respond appropriately. To those who claim the reviews are fake. Well - it is possible I guess- as with ALL review platforms to create fake customers, with fake email accounts and place fake orders. Companies who operate like that will hopefully get found out whatever platform they use. Indeed it is easier for them to do so with platforms that don't need an order/customer account. Feefo do plenty to ensure that the customers are genuine and that negative / contested reviews are moderated fairly.
