I’ve been renting through M&M for nearly a year, though my search had begun sooner than that. I was a bit nervous at first due to horror stories I’ve heard about other letting agents, but to me they remain as just that - stories. I originally got the recommendation from my mum who bought a house through the agency. It is tough to find a place as a young first time renter, but thanks to Daniel, who has since left, I managed to move into my flat. The team at M&M are a very hard working, patient bunch and I’ve never had any sort of negative experience. All repairs and maintenance are tended to quickly and I’ve never had to wait longer than a few hours for a response to an email.
