After reading the positive reviews here and on my local Facebook group, I instructed Lee Russell at Davis Tate Woodley to sell my late wife's bungalow. What a great service - his local knowledge is second to none and his communication is top drawer. On top of that he's a nice bloke. At every step of the way I felt that Lee was in control of a potentially tricky sale, and he kept me updated at all times. He's been in the business a long time, so his experience and advice was also invaluable. I would highly recommend Lee to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.

We have had such a great experience purchasing our first home with Lee. His communication is second to none, he was able to answer any questions we had, he was happy to liaise with solicitors and the sellers on our behalf and was always happy to come back to us quickly. We were not pressured to use his recommendations however we did go for a solicitor he recommended to us and our sale was completed within 3/4 weeks from offer! I purchased my first property with the team at manning stainton and couldn’t fault the service. From putting my offer in the team were quick to respond on and keep me up to date. I wasn’t sure what to expect along the way but found that no matter the question the team were professional and responsive. Special mention to Codie Hazelwood who kept me up to date with things no matter how big or small. I don’t always have access to my phone due to where I work but she made an effort to drop me an email so I didn’t feel I missed anything.
