James came out to value our home and had a wealth of knowledge about the market and the local area and we knew they were the right agent to get the best price for our home. The photos looked great and James was always on hand to answer any questions we had. Once our house was live, Elizabeth was fantastic. She was great with getting viewings booked in and negotiated a great offer for us. I recently put my property up for sale with Manning Stainton and I have been very impressed with the level of service from initial valuation to preparing the property for market and to the actual sales process. All members of the team have been great, very friendly, polite and helpful. I was given one point of contact to work with me and liaise with potential vendors. Laura has been fantastic and even came to see the property so she could talk about the house and have some knowledge when asked.
