I chose to sell through Lee after coming into contact with him in a previous transaction years ago, when I was a first time buyer and he was selling a property further up the chain. My impression of him then was that he was a super proactive communicator and would work incredibly hard to keep the transaction moving along - and that is exactly what he did. Lee organised and juggled busy days with 10+ viewings and kept me well informed on each buyers' position throughout. From start to finish, Lee was brilliant—always on top of communication and incredibly supportive throughout what turned out to be a not-so-straightforward process. Although our sale moved quickly, there were a few bumps along the way, and Lee was instrumental in helping us make the right decisions. He helped us steer clear of a few questionable buyers while always being respectful, honest, and transparent with us. Where Lee really shone was after our offer was accepted. We had a very tight deadline to complete before the stamp duty holiday ended, and to be honest, most people didn’t think we’d make it. It was a short chain—just us selling and buying—and no onward chain on either end. But thanks to Lee, we pulled it off! He went above and beyond, chasing solicitors, coordinating everyone involved, and even contacting the Land Registry himself to move things along on our purchase (which wasn't even part of his job). His persistence and professionalism were the reason we managed to complete on time. It’s a real shame we’ve moved out of the area because if we ever move again, Lee would absolutely be our first choice. Highly recommend!
