I chose to sell through Lee after coming into contact with him in a previous transaction years ago, when I was a first time buyer and he was selling a property further up the chain. My impression of him then was that he was a super proactive communicator and would work incredibly hard to keep the transaction moving along - and that is exactly what he did. Lee organised and juggled busy days with 10+ viewings and kept me well informed on each buyers' position throughout. Once I had accepted an offer he went above and beyond to speak to solicitors and other estate agents in the chain to make sure I always knew what was going on. He handled any hiccups in the chain promptly and clearly has a wealth of knowledge and connections.
