I originally viewed the property to rent in March with a view to move in ASAP, but due to the existing tenants being 'creative, I finally received the keys this week! Charisse dealt with the majority of the rental, Rob assisted with the final push and has also been connectable for any details I've raised, and the rest of the staff have been wonderful too. Charisse was easy to contact and stayed on top of things, even considering the difficulties and eventual timeframe. She did a top job, and made an almost unbearable wait seem bearable. :)
