A big benefit that Balgores is local - We took a while to decide when we were going to rent out the place and had many questions along the way. Mark was always fast, informative and helpful - When our contractors for the certifications fell through, Mark managed to get his team confirmed to complete these the next day. It was seamless and no hassle from my side - Dealing with the tenant has been great so far. They have moved in with nothing needed from me - I notified Mark quite late we wanted to move a tenant in quickly.
