A Highly Disappointing Experience with Balgores Romford Estate Agents I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the appalling service I received from Balgores Romford. Despite their grandiose claims of being able to sell my property within two weeks, my experience has been a frustrating and costly ordeal that I would not wish on anyone. After enduring 40 viewings and reducing the property price three times, the agents failed to deliver on their promises. Instead of taking responsibility, I was shockingly advised to find another agent. To add insult to injury, they ultimately admitted that they could not sell the property and suggested it be removed from the market altogether—a direct contradiction of their earlier bragging and assurances. To compound matters, I was charged £1,100 for searches and conveyancing fees, which were never even provided. This feels not only like a breach of trust but also outright exploitation, especially given the lack of results and the dismissive attitude I encountered. The entire process was riddled with miscommunication and false promises. Balgores Romford has demonstrated a lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer care throughout. I strongly urge potential clients to avoid Balgores Romford at all costs. If you feel compelled to use them, ensure you conduct extensive due diligence beforehand to avoid being misled as I was. This experience has left me deeply disappointed and out of pocket, with no results to show for my time, effort, or financial investment. Balgores Romford’s service has been nothing short of disgraceful.

I received the worst customer service from Kellee. She clearly has no idea what customer service means! She tried to take advantage of myself and my husband when trying to buy a property! She has been rude and very selfish! If I could put 0 star ,I would! Thank God we found another property and a different estate agency that really helped us! I will never trust Balgores because if her!!

Almost 4 weeks since i have reported that my oven is not working and no one come back to fix it. They are sending out contractors to do the work without checking what the real problem is. In the first instance the contactor said that the issue is that the oven element stopped working and came to fix it. After half an hour we reported that the oven still doesn't work and its been 3 weeks and a half since we are actually begging them to come back to fix it. would not recommend! they don't even deserve ONE STAR! Stay away as they are rip offs and they don't care! UPDATE: 6th week and no one came in the fix the oven or washing machine.!!!!!

Called booked and appointment got an confirmation passed all there so called mortgage checks instantly .Then on the day an hour before I got a call offers been excepted at midnight and I can’t view the property . Judging by the other reviews I think my name or religion is an issue Aswell judging by the other reviews.

Encourages you to view properties then asks you to increase your offer. Only to be told it’s rejected unless you offer more. Really emotionally draining

Terrible experience. Have missed out on many opportunities for buying purely because the young staff working there don't call you back. Do they forget or profile you? Its hard to tell but they have been trained.
