100% recommend Balgores not only did we sell our house with them we also purchased our new property!! Saoire at the Romford branch in Victoria road rm12hs especially was amazing she answered all our questions and helped us every step of the way and we needed a lot of questions answered and help!! Nothing was too much trouble for her, she was honest, happily gave her opinion and advice on selling our property and gave advice in different areas Balgores cover which she didn’t need to, she could of just told us to contact them ourselves. I have dealt with other estate agents during this process - bairstow eves in particular. Saoire was also helpful with that situation as bairstow eves didn’t believe that we had an offer on our property!! We had originally made an offer with them on a property they massively lacked communication, never returned phonecalls or emails and after a month we decided to look elsewhere and found our dream home with Balgores with the help of Saoire!!
