Very refreshing to be with an estate agent that actually seems to care for their tenants needs / wishes. Sarah is very friendly, warm and professional, and nothing was too much trouble, even when we wanted to change the viewing date at very short notice!. Now we are moved into the property & we did have a little issue with it, but get on the phone, & straight away the problem was reported & someone came out to sort it within a couple hours. Belvoir are a breath of fresh air after dealing with a very large estate agent who only care about you paying the rent don't bother to get repairs done & i highly recommend them to anybody who wants a professional service with a personal touch we were even sent a card after we moved in . It was my first time using an estate agent to rent a property, and was nervous about the procedure but after visiting belvoir lettings my nerves were quickly quashed. I visited rochester with a view to moving there from london and noticed a really nice apartment advertised in the window,karen welcomed me in and told me that she had a viewing that day but could also arrange a viewing for me also. The apartment was exactly what i was looking for and karen answered all my questions and eased any doubts and was very professional and friendly. Karen advised me to spend some time thinking about it which i did.I phoned her later that day to tell her i was interested in renting the property and within 24 hours she contacted me to say "the apartment is yours". A couple of days later i met with peter who is also very friendly and professional to do the necessary paperwork he made it all painless and explained everything precisely. Since the start of the tenancy i have had one or two things that needed sorting to which peter and karen handled quickly and efficiently. All told i would recommend belvoir lettings to anyone looking for a professional,honest and friendly agency.

Following my initial meeting with Karen regarding letting out my house, I had no hesitation in appointing Belvoir to manage this for me so much so that I cancelled the other agent that was coming to see me. Karen was very professional and attentive and ensured that we had suitable tenants. I am so pleased my partner and I, happened to walk into Belvoir Lettings Rochester, on our hunt to rent a property in the area. Within a week of meeting first Karen and then Peter, we had viewed an apartment, were offered a tenancy, and all paperwork and moving in date done and dusted. All done with a friendly professional manner, that made us both feel at ease. We are on a short let, with our moving out date coinciding with a special family occasion, Karen knew I was worried about this, and off her own back, spoke to the owner of the apartment, explaining the situation, and managed to get the tenancy extended, if that's not going the extra mile, then I don't know what is.
