As buyers of our chosen property, from first viewing to exchange (this afternoon) has taken less than 7 weeks! Karen & Peter kept in constant contact with us and our solicitor, as well as the vendor's solicitor. We had just pulled out of a purchase because the previous estate agent had not spoken to us for seven weeks (tho Karen and Peter didn’t know that before reading this review!)! There were ups and downs, which were not Belvoir's responsibility, but Karen and Peter went way beyond their call of duty to smooth the way. If we require the services of an estate agent or lettings agent in future, we shall definitely be in touch with Karen and Peter.

They have recently sold a property for me that they were letting out and the service has been fantastic. For 18 months I had been struggling to find a buyer for my flat with other estate agents. When they took over selling of it, not only did they find a buyer within days, but the price they got for me was very good too. There were a number of other issues that arose, all of which were handled expertly and professionally. For me, they were outstanding.

Seven weeks ago I simply left Karen Huane, one of the partners, with sole agency for the sale of our property in Chatham. Incidentally, her fee was considerably less than quoted elsewhere.
