Karen advised me to spend some time thinking about it which i did.I phoned her later that day to tell her i was interested in renting the property and within 24 hours she contacted me to say "the apartment is yours". A couple of days later i met with peter who is also very friendly and professional to do the necessary paperwork he made it all painless and explained everything precisely. Since the start of the tenancy i have had one or two things that needed sorting to which peter and karen handled quickly and efficiently. All told i would recommend belvoir lettings to anyone looking for a professional,honest and friendly agency.
