On the initial listing of our house for sale, the Robsons team were realistically positive in achieving the market value we had planned in an uncertain market. From the offset, once we had given them our instructions, the team quickly prepared the marketing materials and had a list of prospective and credible buyers willing to view the property in a matter of days. As a buyer, Robsons have impressed me, and particularly Matthew Gooder. Due to some unusual requirements, I am not an easy buyer to work with, but with no small amount of tenacity, sound instincts and good spirits, Matthew has helped to make a difficult selection process shorter, more effective and more fun. Like a number of his colleagues at Robsons, he is an utter professional who treats not only sellers but also buyers with respect, and who can be trusted to procure the win-win situations that both buyers and sellers hope for. Robsons helped us with both purchase and sale of the same property and acted very professionally, efficiently and intelligently in both transactions. I've recently purchased a flat using Robsons in Ricky and cannot recommend them highly enough. Professional and impeccable service. We sold our house through Robsons in one day with the help of Matthew Gooder from the Rickmansworth branch. Throughout the whole process the whole whole team at Robsons were always on hand and available to answer our queries. We were kept informed with twice weekly updates on the chain and progress of the sale and they always replied to any questions the same day.
