From the outset we discarded the idea of using a web based company to sell our house preferring instead to use a locally based agency with specific knowledge and understanding of the marketplace. Furthermore, with good communication channels being key, we wanted to be able to pop in to the local office whenever we were passing to get up to date information. In this regard, Robsons surpassed our expectations and were able to close the sale of our house with the mimimum of fuss and delay despite the distraction of a general election and the Christmas holiday in the intervening period. The whole Robsons team are fantastic to deal with but we must single out Matthew Gooder for special mention as it was his job to find the buyer and see the sale through to the end. His enthusiam, diligence and determination never waivered and we are indebted to him for selling our house in such a timely manner. Robsons are not your typical estate agents and that's what separates them from the rest.
